根据浙江省教育厅关于疫情防控期间学校收费问题的文件要求，疫情防控期间，对已收取2020年春季学期住宿费的员工进行清算和退费。现将有关事项通知如下：

1.退费原则

职工住宿费采取分批退费的方式。境内职工先退，境外职工可以提供准确银行卡信息和支付宝账户（已实名认证）的先退，其他职工待返校复学时退还住宿费。

2.退费方式

在校生退费方案

1）学费欠费大于住宿费退费金额，由员工本人签署声明后，可直接冲抵学费；

2）学费欠费小于住宿费退费金额，全额退回员工支付宝账户，由员工本人补缴学费欠费；

3）缴清学费的员工，住宿费退费直接退回员工支付宝账户或银行卡

离校生退费方案

1）学费欠费大于住宿费退费金额，可直接冲抵学费；

2）学费欠费小于住宿费退费金额，先补缴系统欠费，剩余部分退回员工支付宝账户或银行卡；

3）缴清学费的员工，住宿费退费直接退回员工支付宝账户或银行卡

3.退费程序

1）由bat365在线唯一官网登录员工事务办公室按照实际入住期限，核算住宿费退费金额，并告知国际员工；

2）退费员工提交已实名认证的支付宝账号，并签署退费声明；

3）bat365在线唯一官网登录提交退费信息至校财务处，由校财务处发放退费，bat365在线唯一官网登录组织汇款；

4）待员工收到住宿费退费后，将转账成功截图发送给辅导员确认；

5）形成完整的退费存档，包含退费信息表，实名认证支付宝账户，退费声明，汇款成功截图等。

此次退费涉及员工较多，分布面广，退费工作将分批进行，学校将尽快完成住宿费退费工作，感谢各位同学对我们工作的积极配合、理解与支持。

Notice on the Refund of Accommodation Fees for International Students in the Spring Semester of 2020 (Second Batch)

Fellow students:

According to the document requirements of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education on the issue of school fees during the epidemic prevention and control period, the students who have paid the accommodation fee for the spring semester of 2020 will be liquidated and refunded. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Refund principle

The accommodation fee for international students will be refunded in batches. Students in China and overseas students who can provide accurate bank card information and Alipay account (with real-name verification) get refund first, and other international students will get refund when returning to school.

2. Refund method

Refund plan for School-leavers

(1) If the tuition arrears are greater than the refund amount of the accommodation fee, the student can directly offset the tuition after signing the statement;

(2) If the tuition arrears are less than the refund amount of the accommodation fee, the full refund will be returned to the student's Alipay account or bank account, and the students should pay the tuition arrears;

(3) For students who have finished the tuition payment, the accommodation fee refund will be directly returned to the student's Alipay account or bank account.

Refund plan for current students

(1) If the tuition arrears are greater than the refund amount of the accommodation fee, the students can directly offset the tuition fee;

(2) If the tuition arrears are less than the refund amount of the accommodation fee, the system arrears will be paid first, and the remaining part will be returned to the student's Alipay account or bank account;

(3) For students who have finished the tuition payment, the accommodation fee refund will be directly returned to the student's Alipay account or bank account.

3. Refund procedure

(1) The Student Affairs Office of the School of International Education & Studies (SIES) will calculate the amount of the accommodation fee refund according to the actual check-in period and notify the international students;

(2) Relevant students submit their real-name verified Alipay account and sign a refund statement;

(3) SIES submits the refund information to the school's financial department, the school's financial department issues the refund, and SIES organizes the remittance;

(4) After the student receives the refund of the accommodation fee, the successful transfer screenshots will be sent to the counselor for confirmation;

(5) Form a complete refund archive, including refund information form, real-name verified Alipay account, refund statement, screenshots of successful remittances, etc.

The refund involves a large number of students and is widely distributed, so it will be carried out in batches. The school will complete the refund of the accommodation fee as soon as possible. Thank you all for your active cooperation, understanding and support for our work.
